Rack of Lamb

Grass fed and grass finished lamb from our farmer friends around Victoria including Gary at Phillip Island who has been sheep farming for 40+ years. Gary's lambs are coming through the shop from mid-November through to the end of December 2023. The clean sea salt air of Phillip Island adds a unique flavour to our lamb.
